Overview
MNLT Construction and Remodeling LLC is a construction and remodeling contractor that needed a mark before it needed a website: an identity that could sit on a truck door, a business card and a work shirt, and that placed the company in its city.
Approach
Three rounds of marks. The first two set the Gateway Arch over a pair of rooftops with the company name beneath; the third added a cube monogram as an alternate for small applications. A one-page brand guide fixed the palette (Anti-Flash White, Raisin Black, UT Orange) and Montserrat for all type, and mockups tested the mark on chrome and concrete signage, business cards, a bottle and apparel before delivery.

A hard-edged orange against near-black and off-white, so the mark holds on a truck door and a chrome sign alike.
