Questions
The systems a small business runs on every day: business email and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, user accounts and access, cloud backups, and the software you rely on, such as a CRM, forms, or scheduling tools. Hardware repair, network cabling, and on-site visits are not included.
For most small businesses, fully remote works. Email, accounts, backups, and software are all cloud-managed, and computer issues are handled over a remote session. If a job truly needs hands on hardware, we tell you and help you find a local technician.
Our plans run from $395 to $1,495 a month, priced by headcount and included support hours, with no long-term contract. Any initial cleanup or setup is quoted separately after the systems review.
Both are excellent. Microsoft 365 suits teams that live in Outlook, Word, and Excel and want desktop apps; Google Workspace suits teams that collaborate in the browser and want simpler administration. We support both, and we recommend one based on how your team actually works.
We run an offboarding checklist the day you tell us: sign out every session, reset the password, remove access from shared mailboxes, files, and software, forward or convert the mailbox, and free the license. You get a written record of what was closed.
Yes. Stolen email passwords are the most common way small businesses get compromised, and MFA blocks nearly all of those attempts. We roll it out for every account, choose methods your team can live with, and handle the enrollment questions.
We back up your email and file platforms to separate storage on a schedule, check that each run completed, and test a restore every quarter. A single file or mailbox item is usually back within the hour during business hours; a full mailbox or drive takes longer and is planned with you.
Managed IT services usually means an MSP that also manages your computers, network, and on-site hardware, often with per-device pricing. Our remote IT support covers the cloud side: email, accounts, backups, security, and software, on a monthly plan priced by headcount.
Yes. We support the business software you already use, from CRMs and form builders to scheduling and payment tools, and the integrations between them. On the Extended plan we also monitor those workflows and fix failed connections before you notice.
During business hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Central) we respond the same business day on every plan, and outages jump the queue on Standard and Extended. Requests sent overnight are picked up first thing the next business morning.
Plans are month to month. Cancel any month and you keep everything: your accounts, the documentation, and the license and access inventory are already yours.
Yes, when it is done properly. We use named admin accounts protected by MFA, never shared logins; remote sessions are started by you and visible to you; and credentials live in a password manager, not in email or chat. You can revoke our access at any time.
No. We are based in St. Louis and work with businesses across Missouri and the United States. Because the service is remote, location changes nothing about the plan or the response time.
