Overview
Midwest Behavioral Health & Wellness is a St. Louis practice founded by Sara Loftis, MSW, LCSW, that brings clinical mental health care, wellness services, professional development and education under one roof. Its eight-person team offers individual, couples, family and group therapy, psychiatric medication management, coaching, yoga therapy, nutrition and clinical supervision; the practice is trauma-informed and evidence-based, and accepts most major insurance plans.
Approach
A custom Next.js build rather than a theme, so each of the practice's four service lines gets its own page and the whole site stays fast. A founder welcome video and two client video testimonials carry the tone, the insurance list appears wherever someone might hesitate, and the inquiry form runs as a server action with spam protection and lets a client name the service, plan and team member they want. Structured data marks the practice up as a medical clinic, and every page ships its own generated social image.

Oat and sand surfaces, a navy anchor and Fraunces headlines give clinical content the warmth of a well-lit office.
